Having “boobs” is obviously a very feminine feature and extremely undesireable to see on a man. For those of you men out there that are unsure of where to start, here is your guide! First and foremost, if you don’t exercise, you need to start! Being a personal trainer I have always preached, “If you want to lose weight, don’t necessarily start lifting weights right away to tone a certain part of your body.”  So if you are trying to get rid of your man boobs, or tone your chest up some, you need to focus on cardiovasular exercises such as running, walking, or bicycling to first shed those unwanted pounds! Once you have lost a good amount of the weight, doing some chest exercises to turn your “man boobs” into “pecks” will be a lot easier! Exercises such as flat bench press, incline press, decline press and chest fly’s are just a few of many chest exercises that you can do to lose your man boobs.

 

Those of you looking to get rid of man boobs the fastest way possible, there is always the possibility for surgery. Although this seems to be the “easy way out” it doesn’t always necessarily cure the problem! You need to obviously change some of your eating habits and exercise more! Chest fat, or man boobs, is basically a build up of fatty tissue from you being too overweight for your own particular frame.  There is obviously a lack of exercise or just not the right kind.  Increasing your amount of exercise not only can help get rid of your man boobs but can also keep you physically fit and make you healthier in the long run.

 

You can exercise until you are blue in the face, but you aren’t going to see real results unless you are eating the right foods.  Sure, exercise can take care of a little bit of flabby skin but the right nutritional menu must be paired with your physical activity! A sedentary, or unactive, lifestyle is only going to shorten your lifespan, put you at risk for serious, life-threatening diseases, and not to mention, lower your self-esteem.  Don’t let man boobs be the reason you don’t get in the pool with your friends and certainly don’t let it rule your life.  Take charge!  Get to the gym and start eating the right foods and you will be flaunting your chest in no time!
